MonoRail Systems

The monorail system is used when the terrace floor is not available for connection.

Considered as the most cost-effective and efficient window cleaning system in terms of purchase and running cost and having very minimal operation process.
The monorail is combined with powered cradle.The monorail is combined with powered cradle, the monorail is an extruded aluminum element fixed outside of the building supported by steel bracket anchored to the concrete wall at intervals , and used as a track way for trolleys from which the cradle will be suspended, it allow the cradle to traverse along the façade, these trolleys can be either manual or motorized depending on the application and project budget.The aluminum alloy monorail mounts to the building via a concrete bracket (console).
The bracket (console) is mounted in a special form on the outside of the terrace.
Aluminum alloy monorail is mounted according to the architectural structure of the building.
According to building,  it is possible to reach the trolley without any energy transfer, by including the trolley band system.

1) Bracket group;
1.1 Monorail model with exterior connection.
1.2 Monorail model connected to the parapet.
1.3 Monorail model connected via ground (concrete).
1.4 Monorail model connected with a suspension (under the eaves or under the floor).

2) Carrier (Walking) group;
   1 or 2 power units. They carry manual or motorized features.
   It may be aluminum or stainless steel models. If the building is interrupted, there is a rail end stop and switch.

3) Cradle group;
    The safe transport capacity of the basket is 240 kg. (CE-EN 1808 Facade Transportation System Standard)
